Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery for undamaged products in their original packaging.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

· The product must be in the original packaging.

· All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

· The product must not show signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, or physical damage.

· The return request must be approved by CraftX before the product is shipped back.

Non-returnable Items
· Customized or personalized products.

· Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

· Products returned without prior authorization.

· Products that have been intentionally damaged or altered.

Return & Exchange Process

2. After approval, we will provide the official return label. Please be sure to use the return label provided by us to ensure the product is returned correctly.

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement, depending on your request.
